The right person will support the delivery of social care to vulnerable people across a range of social care settings, including residential, domiciliary, day services and technology response services.
It is essential applicants can demonstrate:
Previous experience of working in a care and support setting
Good teamwork and communication skills
The ability to undertake shifts which may entail `lone working`
Positive mind-set with a Can-Do attitude and Solution Focused approach
Deliver a Person-Centred Service and be professional at all times
To have a calm approach when working under pressure
