Vitaline is Blackpools Community Alarm Centre, as a service we are dedicated to supporting independent living through the use of the most advanced forms of technology available and through person-to-person contact using our Mobile Warden Service.
Your role will be to help vulnerable people keep or regain their independence and remain in their own home with an improved quality of life.
We are looking for motivated, flexible, reliable, hardworking and resilient people persons who would be able to adapt to change in a fast moving, innovative and customer focused service.
Your duties will include providing a monitoring and emergency response service to our customers either through personal contact or via communication equipment and to provide an out of hours service to other Council Departments. Keyboard skills and a full driving licence are essential for this post.
The successful candidates will be working on a rota, including weekends, bank holidays and shift working.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to work in a modern, forward thinking service, in return we offer excellent staff support systems, training and development. Although previous experience could be an advantage, it is not essential.
As a front line care provider we ensure Government guidances are implemented and practiced at all times with regards to the current climate.
