    Contract Type: Permanent

    Contract Hours: 5 x 37 per week

    Salary: Grade H1 or H2 SCP 27 – 35 £31,895 – £39,571 per annum

    Closing Date: 30th August at 12:00 Noon

    Due to the current work that is being undertaken across both Lancashire and South Cumbria around re-designing mental health service delivery, we are pleased to announce the creation of 5 brand new mental health Social Work posts to be based within the 5 Primary Care Hubs in Blackpool.

    You will work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team which will comprise of mental health professionals as well as professionals from a physical health background. You will carry out a Care Act assessment where required  and commission support where  eligible as well as considering the wellbeing principles. This is an exciting time to join this team and be part of shaping the service.

    You will receive regular support and supervision and will have access to good quality training including AMHP training.
