The ‘Supporting Our Children’ Team Manager requires a good knowledge and understanding of court proceedings and associated laws, whilst ensuring a team-wide focus on gaining the best outcomes for our children.
Required skills:
- Support the team and manage a caseload of children subject to plans of permanence who are subject to full care orders and long term placements
- A good understanding of the legal frameworks, processes and systems that ensure effective management and positive outcomes for Blackpool children and families
- Demonstrate the ability to be organised, successfully manage people, inspire and enthuse
- Support the service on its improvement journey via quality assessments, visits, court work, placements and more
