Our children’s services team is leading the way with exciting developments to further improve the lives of children and families in Blackpool. As a result, a fantastic temporary opportunity has arisen for a Family Hub Assistant to support at our Greenlands Family Hub site.
The role of the Family Hub Assistant includes;
• supporting the set up and organisation of rooms
• ensuring that rooms and spaces in the Hub are well presented and ready for use.
• meeting and greeting children, parents and professionals who use the Hub and direct them to the right rooms or people
• assisting in preparing and serving food when required
• providing reception and telephone cover for short periods when administrators are not available
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and organisational skills, experience of working in a customer service environment would be desirable.
