The Senior Practice Development service are key to driving forward practice and delivering high quality training and development.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become the Senior Practice Development Leader for Children's Services, Blackpool.
The successful candidate will manage the Practice Development Service, working with managers, senior social workers and staff across Children’s Service, in order to develop and improve the quality of practice, in accordance with the Blackpool Families Rock principals, the Continuous Improvement Plan and Children’s Workforce Development Strategy.
