We are looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Team Manager for our Supporting Children to Adoption Team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has experience in supporting children through the adoption process. In Blackpool our families, children and young people are at the heart of everything we do, we are seeking an individual who will continue to embed this within their management approach and the wider workforce. 

In the role of Team Manager you will be supported to:

•    Lead a team of Adoption Social Workers to achieve positive outcomes for Our Children
•    Work closely with Our Regional Adoption Agency (Adoption Lancashire Blackpool)
•    Support Social Workers to complete Child Permanence Reports, Court Work and Panel Paperwork
•    Provide learning and development on changes in Adoption throughout the workforce
•    Remain up to date with government and national guidelines in respect of Adoption and implementing these plans
•    Work closely with our Family Safeguarding team to ensure comprehensive care planning
